Please include any good quality reference pictures (Avoid 3D images and overcomplicated designs). Add brief description and size of interest for a price quote. Please keep in mind price will depend on complexity and amount of colors used for the request. Full payment is required for any custom order or preorder.

Care Instructions: Do not machine wash. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Spot clean only. Simply clean by hand with brush or vacuum. Not meant to be used as a bath mat or outdoor use mat. Indoor use ONLY.

Currently we offer Free Shipping and only ship to United States & Puerto Rico. We hope to include Internacional shipping in the future! Depending on the design/complexity and because each item is made by hand from start to finish, expect 2-5 weeks for production and shipping, not including weekends or holidays. Shipments will be sent to the address provided via order. Please make sure the address is correct. No refunds will be made for items that do not reach you due to customer error.

Each item is hand made and one of a kind. There are no refunds or exchanges. Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not been started and materials for rug creation have not been ordered. This also applies to custom orders or made to order items.
