Shipping Policy

Currently we offer Free Shipping on orders over $100.00 and only ship to United States & Puerto Rico. All orders under shipping will be calculated at checkout. We hope to include International shipping in the future!

 

Handmade Items: Depending on the design/complexity and because each item is made by hand from start to finish, expect 2-5 weeks for production and shipping, not including weekends or holidays.

 

Shipments will be made to the address provided via order. Please make sure these addresses are correct. No refunds will be made for items that do not reach you due to customer error.

Cancellation ,Return & Exchange Policy

Each item is handmade and one of a kind. There are NO refunds or exchanges.

If cancellation is requested by the buyer and the order has not been shipped a 50% of the total will not be refunded. This also applies to custom orders or made-to-order items. Otherwise, no cancelations will be accepted..

Privacy Policy

Our store is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our store adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
